We understand our responsibility to publish our annual gender pay gap report and you will find that here. We also want to share a report we have created that gives more insight into the reasons behind the gap and the steps we are taking to reduce it.

We produce an annual social impact report that highlights the achievements we have made in changing lives through skills, and eventually we aim to measure all of our skills solutions against the impact they have on people, organisations and economies.
At City & Guilds we are committed to reducing our negative impacts on the environment and supercharging our positive social impact by developing the skills needed to create a more sustainable world.
